Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify negative thought patterns that are resulting in stress so that you can start to change your thoughts and behaviours in stressful moments.

Relaxation & Hypnotherapy

Part of stress management is learning to stay calm and relaxed under pressure. Through hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques, I can help rewire your brain for calmness. This is supported by your personal relaxation recording which helps prime your brain for calm - even outside of sessions.

Somatic Techniques

Somatic techniques help you get out of your head and into your body. I'll teach you simple techniques that you can use at anytime to ground yourself and calm yourself down. These will be key during moments of stress.

Talk Therapy

Sometimes just having someone to talk to about why you're stressed can be a huge load off. As a psychologist and cognitive hypnotherapist, I'm here to be a listening ear for anything you need. I gently challenge your thoughts to help you see things in a new way and find solutions.

If you’re feeling stressed and looking for extra support, online therapy could be a great option and can be done right from the comfort of your home.

 

  1. Book a call – I offer a totally free, 20-min introductory call where you can meet me, ask any questions you have and see if I’m a good fit for what you need.
  2. Schedule first session – If you want to go ahead, I will send over an intake form for you to sign and we can schedule our first session together based on your availability.
  3. History take session – Our first session is a 90-minute history-take session where I get a deeper idea of your issue, when it happens and how it impacts your daily life.
  4. Bespoke sessions – Based on what we discover in our history take, I prepare hour-long sessions that are 100% tailored to you.
  5. Personalised recording – Outside of sessions, I’ll also prepare a personalised hypnosis recording that is priming your brain for positive change and working to change neural pathways.
