What can you expect from online hypnotherapy with me?

Online hypnotherapy is not like what you’ve seen on TV!  You’ll have full control at all times and being in a “hypnotic state” will not mean you’ll do or say things that you don’t want to. 

 

We’ll simply access a “trance” state (kind of like when you’re daydreaming or on autopilot) which lets me speak more easily to your unconscious.

 

I am a qualified hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner with a degree in Psychology. 

I’m continually learning new techniques and skills to add to my toolbox so I can always offer online hypnotherapy sessions that are 100% tailored to you. As part of that, I bring in therapeutic techniques including: IFS, EFT (tapping), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and more.

If you’re happy to have sessions together, online hypnotherapy will be conducted on video-call platforms that are always totally secure and in line with confidentiality procedures.Sessions will be tailored to your personality and needs.

 

You’ll also receive a hypnotherapy recording personalised to you to help prime your brain for positive change – even outside of sessions.

 

Can you use online hypnotherapy to discuss your goals?

Absolutely! Online hypnotherapy is a great method for discussing your goals including priming your brain for future success and identifying any possible mental blocks or limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.

 

Do you offer online hypnotherapy for childbirth?

Yes, I’m specially trained to work with soon-to-be mums to prepare them for calm, empowered and confident births using a range of hypnotherapy techniques. Check out my therapy for pregnancy if you’re interested!

Yes, online hypnotherapy has been proven to be just as effective as face to face. It also offers the added convenience of doing it from your own space without having to travel anywhere. You can also choose from a wider pool of therapists to make sure you find a hypnotherapist who’s the right fit.

 

Can hypnosis be done online?

Yes, hypnosis can be done online just as effectively as in person. We can guide you into a “trance” state where we’re able to speak more directly to the unconscious.
